Submission

Introduction

In MORIS, the oral sessions will consist mainly of invited presentations. Contributed papers will be assigned either to an oral session or a poster session. Although most contributed papers are presented as posters, selected papers may be offerebrd the opportunity to be presented in an oral session. All authors are required to submit a two-page digest in PDF format, regardless of the type of session.

Submission Procedures

  1. Prepare your submission file in PDF format and have it ready for upload.
  2. Create your login ID by entering your personal information on the Personal Information Page: Create an Account. After creating your ID, you can log in to your personal page.
  3. Read the Digest Submission guidelines. If you agree with them, check “Agree.”
  4. Click “New Submission” to begin the submission process.
  5. Enter all required information for all co-authors and their affiliations, then proceed to the next page.
  6. Select the presentation type from the drop-down list, select a category, enter the title of your presentation and keywords in the designated fields, and then indicate whether you wish to be considered for an Award. Proceed to the next page.
  7. Click the File Select button, choose your submission file in the window that appears, and click “Upload”. Then proceed to the next page.
  8. Review all the information you have entered and the uploaded PDF file. If no revisions are needed, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to complete your submission.
  9. After your submission is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please pay attention to the following:
  • Use the same ID for Registration, Reservation, and Digest Submission.
  • Do not close your browser until your submission is fully completed; otherwise, it will become invalid.
  • Submitted papers will not be returned to the authors. Please keep your own copy of all submitted materials.
  • The Secretariat assumes no responsibility for any errors in the information you enter (including issues caused by the user’s computer environment).

  • Please carefully review all information and your digest before submitting.

    Digest Submission (Online Submission)

    Paper acceptance is based on the submitted digest. All digests must be submitted via the following website:

    Please note that after 17 January 2026 (23:59, JST), the server will automatically close and no further submissions will be accepted.

    Instruction on the preparation of digest

    Authors are requested to submit an electronic version of their digest written in English. All documents must be prepared in pdf format. The digest must fit within a 17 cm × 22 cm rectangular area suitable for offset reproduction on A4-size paper and must be limited to two pages, including figures, tables, results, discussion, and references.

    Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail by mid-March 2026.

    How to Revise Your Submission

    To revise your submitted digest, click the “Edit” button under Digest Submission Status on your personal information page. You may revise, confirm, or delete your submission as many times as needed until 17 January 2026 (23:59, JST).
